Movement, language, and gentle routines

Confidence through exploration

As children begin walking and exploring, our classroom encourages safe movement and discovery. Teachers guide play and help waddlers build coordination, confidence, and curiosity about the world around them.

Early communication and language

Teachers talk, sing, and read with children throughout the day to support early language development. Waddlers begin learning simple words, gestures, and even basic sign language to express their needs.

Growing independence

Children begin practicing everyday skills like feeding themselves, helping with simple routines, and exploring the classroom independently. Teachers gently guide these moments so children build confidence while learning.

Inside the waddler classroom

A typical day blends gentle structure with open exploration. Waddlers thrive on predictable rhythms and familiar faces. Children enjoy nutritiously prepared meals from our on-site kitchen and begin practicing feeding themselves with spoons and forks.

Waddler tuition and what's included

All meals, snacks, diapers, and wipes are included in tuition. No daily packing, no surprise fees. We make mornings easier for parents by including everyday essentials for your child.

$800 deposit due at enrollment (includes $200 non-refundable enrollment fee). $100 annual registration fee. 10% sibling discount for full-time enrollment.

We accept child care subsidies including Working Connections Child Care (WCCC) and the Seattle Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP).

A program that grows with your child

Many families start in our infant room and stay with us for years. Our curriculum expands as children get older, including opportunities for preschoolers to explore parks, museums, and neighborhoods throughout Seattle.
